NYC restaurant gave $2K bottle of wine to couple who ordered an $18 bottle
Managers at Balthazar in New York City accidentally swapped two bottles of decanted red wine, according to restaurant owner Keith McNally.
It comes after the social media giant labelled a ruling party spokesman tweet as "manipulated media".
